Job summary

Gilead Sciences Inc. seeks an experienced Associate Scientist/Senior Associate Scientist to support immuno-oncology research. You will conduct experiments, develop immune-engager assays, and advance candidates to preclinical testing in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate has strong cell biology and flow cytometry skills, with 4+ years BS or 2+ years MS, and a track record in cancer immunology. Excellent communication and independent work are valued.

Qualifications

• BS with 4+ years in relevant biology field.
• MS with 2+ years in relevant biology field preferred.
• Experience in cancer immunology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and analyze pre-clinical studies for immune engager candidates.
• Characterize cellular models and target validation.
• Develop and optimize cell-based assays for tumor biology.
• Perform mechanism of action studies and flow cytometry profiling.
• Prepare findings for team presentations and manuscripts.
