Job summary

The role requires design and execution of high‑quality experiments, thorough data analysis, and clear documentation, with collaboration across departments to drive decisions and advance oncology research goals.

Qualifications

• PhD required in a relevant life sciences field.
• 4–6 years of industry experience (may include industry post‑doc).
• Experience with cell culture, cytotoxicity assays, flow cytometry, and cytokine analysis is required.
• Leadership of early discovery programs and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead research programs and collaborate with line functions to define strategic direction and execute programs.
• Design, implement, analyze, and report high‑quality experiments to enable decision making.
• Maintain thorough records of procedures and results.
• Present data at project team meetings and internal reviews with key stakeholders.
