Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Specialist to drive solid tumor and urology therapeutics in the Worcester, MA territory. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and requires proven pharmaceutical sales experience and oncology knowledge.

You will develop customer-focused plans, demonstrate product value, and navigate reimbursement discussions to meet sales objectives while representing a leading global healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Willingness to satisfy credentialing requirements and annual background checks.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the product's clinical efficacy and articulate a value proposition to the customer.
• Develop account strategies with the District Manager and plan calls accordingly.
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase territory sales.
• Discuss reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities and close orders.
