Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Oncology Sales Specialist to lead field-based initiatives in the Pittsburgh area. The role focuses on solid tumor therapies, building strategic accounts, and delivering compelling clinical value to customers.

As a senior OSS, you will partner with district leadership to execute sales plans, train teams on product efficacy, and navigate reimbursement discussions to optimize patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years pharmaceutical/biologic/biotech or medical device sales experience.
• Willingness to travel including overnights and/or weekends.
• Ability to satisfy credentialing requirements and background checks.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics.
• Demonstrate knowledge of clinical efficacy and value proposition, provide clinical support.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager and identify key accounts.
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to grow the territory.
• Apply marketing tools and use closing skills to move sales forward.
• Discuss reimbursement options to improve sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet objectives.
