Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Charlotte & Raleigh, NC and Chesapeake, VA. The role requires selling oncology therapeutics, delivering clinical information, and achieving sales objectives within assigned accounts.

You will develop account strategies, call plans, and engage customers with compliant value propositions while navigating reimbursement discussions to close sales. Base pay is substantial with incentives; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical/biologic/biotech or medical device sales experience or recent military transition.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved accounts.
• Demonstrate clinical efficacy and articulate a value proposition to customers; provide information as needed.
• Develop account strategies and call plans with District Manager; identify key accounts and penetration plans.
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives, probes and materials.
• Penetrate new and existing accounts to grow sales in the territory.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities; negotiate to close orders.
