Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Baltimore and Washington, DC is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support East and West Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC.

You will fulfill sales strategies by selling oncology therapeutics, discuss clinical efficacy, and build account plans to meet sales targets. A bachelor’s degree and pharma sales experience are required, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recent military transition.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate clinical efficacy knowledge, articulate value propositions, provide clinical information as needed, and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, develop account strategies with District Manager, and coordinate with internal partners.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
