Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Arlington and Richmond, VA. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with oncology accounts, delivering product value, and driving sales within approved portfolios.

You will develop territory plans with the District Manager, assess opportunities, and execute strategic calls to penetrate new and existing accounts while ensuring patient access and reimbursement considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products' clinical efficacy, articulate value proposition, provide clinical support, and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business within assigned accounts, and develop account strategies with the District Manager and internal partners.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives, probes, and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize marketing tools and resources, including presentations, and close sales to the next step.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet sales objectives.
