Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative, Head & Neck to support Michigan and Toledo territory, including Detroit, Flint, Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on delivering approved oncology therapies to specialty accounts.

You will demonstrate product clinical value, develop account strategies with the District Manager, plan pre/post calls, and close sales to meet targets while maintaining ethical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum of two years in pharmaceutical/biologic/medical device sales, or recent military transfer.
• Reside in territory or willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved accounts.
• Demonstrate clinical efficacy knowledge and articulate value propositions to customers.
• Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, and develop account strategies with District Manager.
• Develop pre- and post-call plans with objectives, probes, and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase territory sales and achieve objectives.
• Utilize marketing tools and close sales to move to next steps, including in-service or patient identification.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options compliantly to improve opportunities.
