Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative, Head & Neck for the Phoenix, AZ territory. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on oncologic therapeutics and account development.

Responsibilities include selling in approved specialties, presenting clinical value, managing accounts, and navigating reimbursement while meeting sales objectives in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical/biologic/biotech or medical device sales experience or recent military relocation willingness.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate clinical efficacy knowledge, present value propositions, provide information as needed, and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, develop account strategies with the District Manager.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize marketing tools and close sales to move to the next step.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options to improve sales opportunities; negotiate and close orders to meet targets.
