Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Executive Oncology Sales Representative, Head & Neck to support Michigan and Toledo territory, including Detroit, Flint and Grand Rapids. You will drive sales of oncology therapies with strategic account plans and clinical support.

The role requires 2+ years pharma/biotech sales, a bachelor’s degree, travel flexibility, and strong reimbursement knowledge. Competitive benefits and long-term incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical/biologic/biotech or medical device sales experience or military transition.
• Residing in the territory or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies by selling oncology therapeutics within approved accounts.
• Demonstrate product efficacy, articulate value, provide clinical information, and meet sales goals.
• Perform business analysis, prospect for new business, and develop account plans with the DM.
• Create customer pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to grow territory sales.
• Utilize approved marketing tools and close sales to the next step.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve opportunities.
• Negotiate and close orders to meet objectives.
