Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support North & Central Florida (Gainesville, Jacksonville, Orlando). This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on driving sales of oncology therapies across approved accounts.

You will articulate product value, develop account strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize access and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical, biologic / biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Residing in the geography or be willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the products' clinical efficacy, articulate a value proposition for the customer, provide clinical support/information as needed, and achieve their sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis, actively prospect for new business within assigned accounts and call plan direction, develop account strategies with District Manager (i.e., identifies key accounts, develops specific plans for penetration) and internal partners.
• Develop customer specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes and supporting approved materials.
• Effectively penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
• Appropriately utilize all company approved marketing tools and resources, including computer generated presentations, uses closing skills to move sale to next step.
• Effectively and compliantly discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet sales objectives.
