Johnson & Johnson is hiring an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support North & Central Florida as a field-based role. The candidate will sell oncology therapeutics, articulate product value, and develop account plans across Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Orlando regions.

A bachelor’s degree and travel readiness are required. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales or a recent transition from military service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recent Active Duty Military relocation.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products' clinical efficacy and provide clinical support to achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business within accounts, and develop account strategies with the District Manager.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize approved marketing tools and resources and close sales to move to the next step.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities.
