Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support North & Central Florida (Gainesville/Jacksonville/Orlando). The role focuses on selling oncology therapeutics, providing clinical support, and achieving sales targets across assigned accounts.

The position requires a bachelor's degree, valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience. Travel is required.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel including overnights/weekends.
Minimum of two years of pharma/biologic/medical device sales experience or recent military transition.

Responsibilities

Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
Demonstrate knowledge of products' clinical efficacy and provide clinical information to customers to achieve sales objectives.
Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, develop account strategies with the District Manager.
Develop customer-specific pre/post-call plans with objectives, probes, and supporting materials.
Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
Utilize company marketing tools and present materials to move sales forward (appointments, in-services, patient identification).
Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities.
Negotiate sales and close orders to meet objectives.
