Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's-level oncology PA/NP degree with ongoing doctorate completion preferred and 13+ years related experience.
• Accredited doctorate in basic-science or life-science with 12+ years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to a regional team of MSLs.
• Manage direct territory coverage when needed and optimize field execution.
• Drive achievement of regional MSL strategic, operational, and tactical plans.
• Engage key national and regional thought leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Represent IQVIA Medical Affairs in the field and with cross-functional partners.
• Mentor and develop reports to ensure professional growth and performance.
