Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director Medical Science Liaison to lead a regional MSL team in solid tumor oncology, oversee investigator-initiated studies, and support company-sponsored trials and scientific congress activities.

The role requires development of MSL plans, management of regional MSL teams, and engagement with leading oncology thought leaders, with travel 50% or more. Advanced oncology credentials and substantial MSL leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's level oncology PA or NP degree with active commitment towards completion of doctorate degree preferred and a minimum of 13 years of related experience.
• Accredited doctorate degree in a basic-science or life-science discipline (Pharm.D., Ph.D., D.Sc., D.N.P., or D.O.) and a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, guidance, and support to a team of MSLs in an assigned region.
• Lead regional MSL coverage and direct territory responsibilities when needed.
• Assess and improve MSL performance at individual and group levels.
• Ensure the successful execution of MSL strategic, operational, and tactical plans.
• Travel frequently to engage key national and regional thought leaders and HCPs.
