Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Oncology Key Accounts to lead strategic relationships with major Oncology group practices and IDNs in the Mid-South region.

This field-based role focuses on maximizing portfolio utilization and delivering value for patients and partners. You will engage senior healthcare executives, develop longitudinal account plans, and collaborate across internal teams to align resources and messaging for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years sales or 10+ years equivalent experience.
• Healthcare/life sciences background with oncology experience strongly preferred (including pharma/biotech/medical devices) that is not sales.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic account plans with approved guidance from marketing teams.
• Align brand strategy and tactics with customer needs to improve patient outcomes.
• Travel ~50% to manage large Oncology group practices and IDNs.
