Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist to cover a territory including the greater Tampa-Marco Island area. You will support oncology customers, coordinate with TBMs and the Regional Director, and drive growth of NeoGenomics molecular products.

The role requires extensive interaction with hematologists and oncologists across hospital and academic settings. You will identify opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and upsell within current oncology groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consistent success in oncology sales in diagnostic or pharma (product and service) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or business-related field required (MBA preferred).
• Strong closing and presentation skills; ability to learn and articulate complex clinical information.

Responsibilities

• Learn NeoGenomics products, services, and payer landscape to support customers.
• Achieve annual sales and profit goals within the assigned territory.
• Engage with TBMs to reach Tier A, B, C accounts and expand account value.
• Collaborate with KAMs and CSS to increase value on top accounts.
• Identify opportunities and target new oncology groups for growth.
• Provide market feedback to Regional Director on competition and conditions.
• Maintain territory information on competitors and distributors.
