Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories in the Portland area is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist to drive growth across an OR and South ID territory. This overlay role partners with TBMs and RD to win new oncology groups and expand opportunities.

You will engage hematologist/oncologists, hospital networks, and academic centers, promoting molecular products while delivering market feedback and account growth. Travel up to 75% is required to meet goals and support customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or business field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of consistent success in oncology sales.
• Strong closing skills and sales training is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of clinical/lab market environment and products.
• Driver’s license in state of residence.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Learn NeoGenomics products, services, and payer landscape.
• Achieve sales goals within the assigned region.
• Engage with TBMs, KAMs and CSS to grow accounts.
• Promote molecular products in oncology territory.
• Provide market feedback to Regional Director.
• Target new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
