Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories seeks an Oncology Sales Specialist to grow cancer diagnostics sales in the Tampa-Marco Island region. The OSS acts as an overlay rep, supporting oncology customers and coordinating with TBMs and RD to target opportunities and upsell within current groups.

You will interact with hematologist/oncologists and related specialists, travel up to 75% of the time, and drive consultative sales of molecular products. OT earnings range $235k–$270k with car and cell phone allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or business-related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of oncology sales success.
• Strong closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and stay updated on NeoGenomics products, services, policies and payer landscape.
• Achieve annual sales and/or profit goals within assigned region.
• Engage with TBMs to interact with Tier A, B, C accounts.
• Collaborate with KAMs and CSS to increase account value on Tier A/B accounts.
• Facilitate access to oncology groups based on landscape, buying patterns and clinical needs.
• Provide consultative sales and promotion of molecular products in the territory.
• Identify opportunities and target new or existing products with oncology practices.
• Provide market feedback to Regional Director.
