Actalent is seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager for a home-based/100% remote role focused on oncology studies. You will manage global trials from start-up to closeout, driving quality, scope, cost, and schedule while overseeing budgets, vendors, and client communications.

The role requires 4+ years of CRO project management experience, strong leadership, and travel as needed. This fully remote opportunity offers comprehensive benefits and senior-level accountability for trial execution.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of recent project management experience from a CRO
• Experience leading global oncology trials is preferred
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required, including overnight stays

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for assigned clinical study projects with clients
• Coordinate and oversee all functional services and external vendors to meet timelines and budget
• Manage overall study budget, drive change orders, and ensure alignment with scope and financial objectives
• Collaborate with clinical operations to support delivery of activities and assume responsibilities for trial activities as needed
• Oversee project profitability, billable hours, and forecasting to support business objectives
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and proactive risk mitigation
• Maintain inspection readiness and implement quality processes and CAPA as needed
• Review study documents for alignment and quality across functions
• Establish KPIs and reporting for clients and senior management
• Lead internal and client meetings, set team expectations, and define scope and deliverables
• Communicate protocol/study issues and deviations to clients and management with appropriate actions
• Present to diverse audiences and participate in bid defenses with strong presentation skills
• Ensure training rollout for study-specific requirements and ongoing training compliance
• Support business development and travel to client meetings as required
• Perform other duties to support project and organizational objectives
• Maintain compliance with time reporting and administrative duties
• Provide feedback for performance reviews and mentor team members
