Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager for a 100% remote homebased role, with permanent placement based out of Durham, NC. You will lead global oncology trials from start-up to closeout, ensuring quality, scope, cost, and schedule adherence while maintaining client relationships.

The role demands strong project leadership across vendors, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, with travel as required. Actalent offers comprehensive benefits and a fully remote workplace.

Qualifications

• Extensive end-to-end CRO project management experience.
• Strong oncology project background, with focus on radiopharmaceuticals and cell therapies.
• Domestic and international travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for assigned projects.
• Coordinate external vendors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Manage study budget, costs, and change orders to maintain profitability.
• Oversee validation, quality, and eTMF readiness for trials.
• Develop robust project plans with risk mitigation and metrics.
• Lead client and internal meetings, report KPIs, and drive solutions.
• Support bid defenses and client-specific training as needed.
