Actalent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end clinical study delivery for a global oncology-focused portfolio. You will manage scope, budget, timelines, and quality while directing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

This client-facing leadership role emphasizes strong communication and proactive risk management. The position is based in New York, NY, with a fully remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years clinical research experience, including 4+ years direct PM experience.
• Oncology project management experience with radiopharmaceuticals, CAR‑T or cell therapy prioritized.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and escalation point for assigned projects.
• Coordinate external vendors to meet timelines and budget.
• Manage overall study budget and change orders to keep within scope.
• Maintain eTMF readiness and quality programs.
• Monitor project performance through tracking metrics and KPIs.
• Lead internal and client-facing meetings and present project status.
