Qualifications

• Graduate of a CCNE accredited nursing program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• National Certification by one of the recognized APRN Certification Centers.
• Licensure or eligibility for RN and APRN in West Virginia.
• BLS certification with ALS training as required by the department.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care in infusion center and ambulatory settings.
• Performs daily rounds and pre-procedure evaluations; participates in clinics.
• Completes comprehensive clinical assessments and coordinates care.
• Orders tests or consults per clinical guidelines; communicates results.
• Documents care plans and follows up with discharge planning.
