Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CCNE accredited nursing program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• National Certification as an APRN and WV licensure eligibility.
• AHA BLS with ALS training as required by the department.

Responsibilities

• Manages comprehensive and individualized care in infusion center and ambulatory settings.
• Completes daily rounds and pre-treatment evaluations; participates in clinics and inpatient care.
• Orders tests per guidelines and coordinates discharge planning and follow-up.
• Communicates results and collaborates with staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Documents plan of care and interventions clearly in medical records.
• Educates patients, families, and staff; participates in continuous improvement.
