Qualifications

• ARC-PA approved PA program completed.
• PA certification by NCCPA is required.
• Licensed or eligible for WV licensure; BLS and ALS training as required.

Responsibilities

• Manages comprehensive and individualized care for hem/onc patients in the infusion center and ambulatory setting.
• Performs pre-treatment evaluations and participates in ambulatory clinics and inpatient care.
• Develops and reviews the plan of care with the clinical team and coordinates discharge planning/follow-up.
