Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for hematology/oncology patients in infusion center and ambulatory settings.
• Complete daily rounds and pre-treatment evaluations in infusion center.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in coordination with clinical team; coordinate discharge planning and follow-up.
