IDEAYA Biosciences is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to lead the launch and adoption of darovasertib in the assigned U.S. geography, including Ohio-Pennsylvania-West Virginia corridor.

You will operate as a strategic territory leader, driving awareness and adoption in complex academic, community, and referral ecosystems. The role requires advanced scientific acumen, autonomous account leadership, and a track record of high-impact oncology sales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
• 5+ years oncology sales experience
• Proven success launching a first-in-class or specialty oncology product in the US
• Experience engaging with academic healthcare professionals
• Residence within assigned geographic region

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and maintain advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma and darovasertib
• Develop and execute territory and ecosystem-level account strategies
• Cultivate relationships with academic oncologists and multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Translate complex clinical data into compliant, compelling product education
• Execute pre-launch and launch strategies aligned with national objectives
• Travel ~80% and manage high-volume accounts

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline
