Job summary

Genmab’s Oncology Account Manager builds strong professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare teams in the U.S. to advance cancer care. You will provide approved disease and product information, manage territory plans, and drive sales while navigating reimbursement pathways.

You will leverage hematology/oncology launch experience to exceed goals, work within matrix teams, and maintain compliant, ethical engagement across virtual and in-person channels.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years oncology marketplace experience.
• Hematology launch experience.
• Proven account management and selling performance.
• Strong relationship-building and communication.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Veeva.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in cancer patient care.
• Meet or exceed territory sales goals by communicating product benefits.
• Develop and implement territory business plans and meet productivity targets.
• Manage engagements across virtual and in-person settings; align with customer preferences.
• Analyze market data and action insights to inform planning.
• Represent brands professionally and compliantly while maintaining reimbursement knowledge.
