Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory sales in Northern Ohio, aligning with the brand strategy and providing patients and physicians with information and support for varegacestat in desmoid tumors.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, insight-driven customer experiences, build relationships with physicians and care teams, and manage territory plans and performance in a field-based role with travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in oncology or rare disease.
• Prior oncology launch experience is highly desirable.
• Prior oral oncolytic experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large territory, conferences, HQ travel, and some overnight and weekend travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Territory Sales Execution: Achieve or exceed territory sales goals for varegacestat; develop and execute a territory business plan; deliver compliant clinical and value-based selling messages; maintain understanding of desmoid tumor landscape; track territory activity using CRM tools.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Build compliant relationships with physicians and staff; engage local key opinion leaders; support compliant promotional speaker programs and in-office educational activities; connect providers to Medical Affairs or Market Access as appropriate.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs; share territory insights with leadership.
• Compliance & Professionalism: Conduct all activities in accordance with laws and company policies; maintain expense reporting and territory documentation.
