Trustwell LLC is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist to lead complex onboarding projects for enterprise customers. You will mentor team members, coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and act as a subject matter expert on Trustwell software configurations.

You’ll guide customers through requirements gathering, deployment, training, and transition to Customer Success, shaping best practices and helping grow services revenue.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related fields.
• 2+ years of PM or onboarding experience; required.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead enterprise onboarding projects with strategic customers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor teammates on best practices, risk management, and PM techniques.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to relay customer feedback.
• Serve as SME in Trustwell/FoodLogiQ configurations and process design.
