Job summary

Horizon3, a remote cybersecurity company, is hiring a Customer Onboarding Engineer to own a new customer's first 30 days, from sales handoff to production deployment of the NodeZero platform.

You will work across cloud, Linux, networking, and container technologies, diagnosing issues, performing root-cause analysis, and writing knowledge for the Support team. This role demands self-direction and the ability to manage multiple enterprise engagements with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise tech support, systems administration, or cloud operations.
• Experience with large-scale deployments and onboarding.
• Background in cybersecurity principles and identity/security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and 30-day plan with customers.
• Diagnose and resolve implementation issues across cloud, network, and security.
• Collaborate with CS, Engineering, Product, and Sales to unblock adoption.
• Mentor junior onboarding or support engineers.
