Horizon3 is a fully remote cybersecurity company seeking a seasoned Staff-Level Enterprise Technical Support Engineer with 8+ years of hands‑on experience. You will act as a senior technical authority for enterprise customers, diagnosing cloud, networking, and security issues, and drive cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, product, and sales.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on enterprise technical support experience.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.
- Strong autonomy and leadership in fast-paced enterprise environments.
- Experience with Linux, containers, and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code and modern observability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as escalation point for enterprise customers across cloud, networking and infrastructure.
- Drive root-cause analysis and influence upstream fixes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, product, and sales.
- Own design and review of customer environment architectures.
- Define and refine support processes, SLAs, and escalation paths.
- Mentor senior and junior team members to grow technical capability.
- Identify emerging technology trends and introduce tooling to elevate support outcomes.
