Job summary

Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Safety & Compliance Lead to act as the senior safety representative for an assigned market, collaborating with local leaders to drive EHS compliance and safety culture across fleet operations.

You will guide incident management, emergency planning, and regulatory adherence while coaching employees and drivers to reinforce safe practices and Just Culture principles. The role demands strong leadership and independent work ethic.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of EHS experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations including 29 CFR 1910, recordkeeping, injury reporting, inspections, and emergency action plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site resource for employee safety concerns; investigate, resolve, and document issues in the Safety Management System.
• Provide real-time coaching on safe work practices and driving behaviors; champion local safety campaigns and toolbox talks.
• Conduct routine site inspections; verify PPE compliance, identify hazards, and track corrective actions through closure.
• Manage workplace injuries and illnesses; coordinate medical care and workers’ compensation; support OSHA recordkeeping; ensure first-aid readiness.
