American Campus Communities seeks a Resident Experience Manager for The Ridge in Atlanta, GA. Lead the property team to deliver an exceptional resident experience, supervising leasing, marketing and administrative operations.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop staff, conduct evaluations, and collaborate on compensation with HR. Manage budgets, resident feedback, and communication with university partners to maintain campus standards.

Formación

• 2 years’ leadership experience in student or multi-family housing or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field preferred.
• Skills in leasing, marketing, customer service, budgeting and supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the office team and property staff to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop direct reports to meet leasing and marketing objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Collaborate on compensation adjustments with HR.
• Oversee leasing, marketing and administration to company standards.
• Direct marketing efforts and coordinate events with regular website audits.
• Manage resident feedback processes and action plans for improvement.
• Oversee payroll, invoicing, deposits and contracts; ensure office operations run smoothly.
• Own property financials and budget performance with Service Manager.
