American Campus Communities is seeking a Marketing & Resident Experience Specialist for The Nest in Kennesaw, GA. This role blends leasing activities with strategic marketing to drive occupancy and revenue, including tours, move-ins, and resident events.

The ideal candidate supports marketing initiatives across traditional and digital channels, coordinates programs, and maintains strong customer service to enhance community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in leasing, marketing, or sales.
• Experience reading and interpreting general business correspondence.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Student housing experience preferred.
• Social media experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maximize revenue and drive occupancy through marketing, exceptional customer service, and leasing execution.
• Execute the leasing process including tours, appointments, leads, and move-ins.
• Provide informative property tours onsite and address prospects’ objections to close tours.
• Maintain accurate leasing data across systems and manage move‑outs per policy.
• Coordinate lease-up events, renewals, and resident programs.
• Create engaging social media content per company standards.
• Audit property websites and digital listings for accuracy.
• Produce reporting for supervisor and teams for distribution.
