Job summary

NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a personable, detail-oriented leasing professional to support leasing efforts and build strong relationships with residents in Albuquerque. You will conduct property tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, and maintain accurate records to help achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented professional to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for current and prospective residents. In this role, you will support leasing efforts, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the overall success of the community by delivering responsive service and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents by phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct property tours and clearly present available apartment homes, community features, and lease terms.
• Guide prospective residents through the application, screening, and leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, resident information, and lease documentation.
• Follow up with prospects to encourage conversions and support occupancy goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current residents and assist with questions or concerns as appropriate.
• Support marketing efforts, including outreach, outreach tracking, and promotional activities to generate interest in the community.
• Assist with resident retention initiatives, renewals, and community engagement efforts.
• Work collaboratively with property management and maintenance teams to help ensure a positive living experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold community standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide solutions-oriented service.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
