Job summary

OBR Management in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Project Manager to organize and lead multi-site cooling technology projects from design through closeout. You will coordinate with sales, engineering, drafting, construction, safety, and accounting to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and specifications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management or engineering and at least 3 years of PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and MS Project.
• Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments and in office/field.
• Valid Driver's License and proof of U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact across sales, engineering, drafting, construction, safety, and accounting.
• Develop and manage project schedules covering design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Review contracts, proposals, and purchase orders for compliance with specifications, scope, and budget.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, and profitability; report changes to finance.
• Submit monthly billing using progress-tracking tools.
• Support marketing, estimating, bidding, and drawing production as needed.
• Ensure safety planning and regulatory compliance.
