Job summary

OBR is seeking a Project Manager to organize and lead multiple projects in the Phoenix area, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with specifications. You'll coordinate with sales, engineering, drafting, construction, safety, and accounting to drive project success.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in CM or engineering and at least 3 years of project management experience; proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, and AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact with sales, engineering, drafting, construction, safety, and accounting to ensure project delivery.
• Review contracts, proposals, estimates, and PO's to confirm compliance with specs, scope, and budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules covering design, procurement, construction and closeout.
• Coordinate resources and delegate tasks across design, procurement, and field teams.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, and profitability; report changes to finance and stakeholders.
