OBR is seeking a Project Manager to organize and lead multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with specifications. You will coordinate with sales, engineering, drafting, construction, safety, and accounting to drive successful project outcomes.

Based in Phoenix, AZ, this role requires hands-on oversight of schedules, costs, and resource management, with responsibilities ranging from bid review to change order management and ERP entries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Project.
• Experience with MS Project scheduling is required.
• Experience using AutoCAD preferred.
• Self-starter, collaborative, and able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact across sales, engineering, drafting, construction, safety, and accounting.
• Review contracts, proposals, estimates, and PO to ensure compliance with scope and budget.
• Develop and manage schedules covering design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate resources and delegate tasks to meet timelines.
• Handle monthly billing and maintain financial accuracy in ERP systems.
• Support marketing, estimating, bidding, and drawing production as needed.
• Ensure safety planning and regulatory compliance; prepare required docs.
