Job summary

OBR Management is seeking a Service Foreman in the Phoenix/Goodyear area to lead cooling tower service projects under the Superintendent. The role requires travel to project locations and hands-on supervision of field crews to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The position emphasizes leadership, adherence to OSHA standards, and effective communication with customers and team members in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years' experience in field cooling tower service.
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA training.
• OSHA 10 Certification and CPR/First Aid are required.
• Forklift and man-lift certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and enforce approved procedures at the worksite.
• Oversee training, productivity, and performance of cooling tower crews.
• Lead technicians to complete tasks safely, efficiently, on time, to quality standards.
• Occasionally manage small projects in the absence of Superintendents.
• Lead daily/weekly safety meetings and complete incident reports.
• Perform and assist with preventative maintenance on cooling towers.
• Prepare service documents and provide to customers.
• Manage customer objections professionally to ensure satisfaction.
