OBR Cooling Towers, LLC in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Project Manager to organize and lead multiple projects from design through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with specifications. The PM will coordinate with sales, engineering, drafting, safety, and accounting, prepare schedules, review contracts, and report progress.

MS Project experience and AutoCAD familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects.
• MS Project scheduling is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating across sales, engineering, drafting, construction, safety, and accounting.
• Review contracts, proposals, estimates, and POs for scope and budget compliance.
• Develop and manage project schedules covering design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate with engineering, safety, quality, sales, and construction teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare construction packages and lead turnover meetings prior to mobilization.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, and profitability; communicate changes to finance.
