Job summary

OBR Management in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate with sales, engineering, drafting, construction, safety, and accounting to deliver on time and on budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CM or engineering, 3+ years of project management experience, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD. You’ll monitor costs, prepare schedules, manage change orders, and ensure safety compliance in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and MS Project.
• Experience with AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact, coordinating with sales, engineering, drafting, and field teams.
• Review contracts, proposals, estimates, and POs for compliance with scope and budget.
• Develop and manage schedules for design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Collaborate with engineering, safety, quality, sales, and construction departments.
• Prepare construction packages and lead turnover meetings before mobilization.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, and profitability; report changes to finance.
• Provide timely field support and resolve material or customer issues.
• Collect and organize daily/weekly field reports to track progress.
• Oversee safety planning and regulatory compliance.
• Manage change orders, vendor invoices, and ERP entries; submit monthly billing.
• Contribute to marketing, estimating, bidding, and drawing production as needed.
• Perform additional duties to support goals.
