The role entails participation in an on-call rotation and a focus on operational excellence through automation and best practices. Candidates should have 3-5 years of system administration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of system administration experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in Windows Server and Active Directory management.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 support and VMware vSphere.
• Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell.
