Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site activities from pre-construction through closeout. You will work with the Project Manager to ensure plans are executed on schedule, within budget, and with a strong safety culture.

The role requires 6–15 years of project management experience in commercial interiors, healthcare, or mission-critical sectors, with proficiency in scheduling and team coordination.

Qualifications

• 6-15 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects or a Bachelors with 5+ years experience or a Masters with 3+ years experience.
• Solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site supervision of projects, including scheduling, logistics, safety and quality.
• Coordinate field teams, trade partners and owner vendors to maintain progress and budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and weekly field updates.
