Clune Construction is seeking an on-site Superintendent to oversee commercial interior, healthcare and mission-critical projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will coordinate pre-construction scheduling, logistics, safety, and field operations, collaborating with the Project Manager and trade partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Pre-construction scheduling, logistics and planning.
• Ability to create project schedules and weekly look-aheads.
• Budgeting coordination with the project management team.
• Management of multiple projects and/or large/complex projects.
• Maintenance and management of site safety culture and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in RFP responses and pitches.
• Manage pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning.
• Create, maintain and update detailed project schedules and weekly field updates.
• Manage field team, trade partners, and owner vendors with proactive communication.
• Proactively resolve on-site challenges for timely resolution with minimal cost impact.
• Lead safety meetings and uphold OSHA standards on site.
• Maintain project documentation on site.
• Oversee close-out inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and owner training.
• Review general conditions and labor requirements with PM team.
• Utilize Clune systems and technology to work efficiently.
• Participate in business development and client relationship management.
