Clune Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee project field operations, scheduling, logistics, safety, quality, and coordination with the Project Manager from pre-construction through closeout.

You will lead pre-construction scheduling, develop phased plans, manage field teams and trade partners, and mentor junior staff while supporting business development and client relations.

Qualifications

• Pre-construction scheduling, logistics and planning.
• Ability to build a robust project schedule and weekly look-aheads.
• Budgeting oversight with the project management team.
• Management of multiple projects with high quality control.
• Coordination of field team, trade partners and owner vendors.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning.
• Create accurate project schedules and weekly field updates with milestone dates.
• Develop phasing plans for budgeting and bidding.
• Oversee multiple complex projects with QA/QC focus.
• Supervise internal field team, trade partners, and owner vendors.
• Promote teamwork and open communication on site.
• Mentor and develop field personnel; participate in interviews.
