You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project plan accuracy, timely delivery, and high standards of quality and safety. The role emphasizes leadership of field teams, coordination of trade partners, and mentoring interns and junior staff while maintaining documentation and contributing to

Qualifications

• Experience leading field operations on commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Proficient in project scheduling and look-ahead planning.
• Strong budget coordination with PM team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate trades.
• Promote safety culture and OSHA compliance.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site activities including scheduling, deliveries, and safety.
• Collaborate with PM to execute the project plan.
• Maintain project documentation and closeout.
• Attend industry events and contribute to BD.
