Clune Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large commercial interior, healthcare and mission-critical projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to execute the project plan from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling, quality control and coordinating sub-contractors.
• Solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning.
• Create accurate project schedules and weekly field updates.
• Manage multiple large or complex projects with high QA/QC.
• Supervise field team, trade partners and owner vendors.
• Coordinate plans with architects and engineers and maintain field document control.
• Develop Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents through mentoring.
• Participate in client interviews and contribute to business development.
