Clune Construction is seeking a Superintendent to oversee on-site project execution, safety, and coordination with the Project Manager. You will manage scheduling, logistics, and field teams across commercial interior, healthcare and mission-critical projects.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, adherence to OSHA standards, and mentorship of junior staff while maintaining rigorous schedules and quality control.

Qualifications

• 6–15 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling, quality control and coordinating trade partners.
• Solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning.
• Create, maintain and update accurate project schedules and weekly field updates.
• Manage field team, trade partners, and owner vendors with proactive communication.
• Be an ambassador for safety culture and OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain project documentation on site and support closeout activities.
• Contribute to client relationships and industry networking to support business growth.
