Job summary

You will plan site logistics, manage field personnel, and ensure compliance with company standards. A four-year degree in civil/structural eng, architecture, or construction management and 7–8 years of experience are required, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Minimum of 7–8 years’ experience on large commercial construction projects.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple parties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Prolog, Primavera and AutoDesk tools.

Responsibilities

• Safety planning is included in all pre-job planning and prioritized in daily operations.
• Enforce all project, governmental and company safety regulations and requirements.
• Drive safety culture on the project with support from safety managers.
• Oversee quality control and ensure high standards across the project.
• Develop, update and manage the project schedule and logistics plans.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and trade partners to ensure quality and customer service.
